I opened Scott’s Custom Computers with the belief that this should not be the case when it comes to an investment like your computer, regardless of whether you are buying a new custom built system, upgrading or repairing your existing computer, or setting up a business network. You should be able to rest assured that the company you’ve chosen will take the time to hear your needs and then incorporate those needs into a service and product that completely suits your needs.
The next time you’re in the market for a new system or simply want to revive the old one, ask the “Big Box” guy’s if they have free on site setup. While you’re at it ask them if their warranty covers on site service on both the hardware and software you are about to spend your hard earned money on. Will they set up your e-mail? Will they show you how it works? I know the answers to these questions and I encourage you to find out as well. Then give me a call, and get a product and a company to stand behind it all in one.
